I searched for you in the stars tonight.
But I found none
that burned as bright as you.
—Part of a letter from Dev to Molly
With the loss of Terra’s greatest weapon, the war against darkness escalates rapidly, and time is on no one’s side. While Dev struggles to keep his home and hope alive, Molly and Rae find themselves forced to confront a desperately kept secret and quickly learn that a life-altering sacrifice is the asking price to restore order.
Nightmares, betrayal, the fate of two worlds, and one man’s hunger for vengeance lead Molly down a twisted and dark path she fears she might never come back from. Cornered into making a heart-wrenching decision, Molly teeters between deliverance and damnation. Who is worth saving most—a nation or the one she loves?

To this day, I still can’t believe that this series has ended. I have waited for this book for almost a year and now, I have read it and loved every single thing about this book. It is everything that I have ever hoped for and it has definitely met my expectations.
Can I just say that I wish the Metus’ actually exist and all they bad things and destructions that our people have been doing are caused by them, planting bad dreams. And not because they are doing it based on their opinions and want.
Dev is still such a sweetheart – even more than ever. He is flawless, I tell you! He is also caring, loving, courageous and he would just do anything to fight for the love of his life. He is literally every quality we look for in a man. And Molly, is very lucky to be with him. Though, Dev is fictional, he is still very real to me. It’s so great of Molly to ditch her ex. I can’t even remember his name anymore because he is irrelevant. At one point, I was sort of rooting for Molly to be with him – her ex but after we have seen the beauty that is Dev inside and out, no one can even come close to win against him.
Molly is such a strong woman and the best of all is that she is not a quitter – I think that is the most important of all. Although she has the responsibility of both worlds on her shoulders and a lot of other challenges and heartaches, she’s still standing strong to continue fighting for everyone even though it keeps on getting harder and harder each passing day. Other characters like Eleana, Dev, Rae and Becca’s constant support is also one of the main reasons why she continues to fight with the evil creatures, Metus and Aaron. Molly is lucky to have friends that will always be there for her.
Aaron is the most annoying and sly villain of all. I would gladly be in the story to kill him in the most horrifying ways. That man deserves to be taught a lesson. Throughout reading this book, my mind kept on wondering – why is this stupid man still not dead already?
This amazing book has kept me on the edge of my sit throughout the whole journey. It is the best way to conclude the story even though a side of me wished that this story will never end but all great things must come to an end. Just like this beautiful book. So beautiful, I mean seriously have you seen the absolutely gorgeous and stunning cover? My heart sort of melted when I first set my eyes on the cover. It is just too gorgeous!
Everyone should read this amazing series because I highly recommend it!
