The world is divided between humans and cyborgs.

Scarlet Lock is neither.

She is a soldier created to kill on command. But her memory has been erased and when she awakens in a government facility she soon discovers that this new world is a dangerous place, full of government secrets and cruel experiments performed in the name of progress.

With the help of a group of cyborgs, Scarlet will fight to uncover the truth and transform the future of the new world she now lives in.

Eternal Darkness is full of suspense, action and romance and will make readers question what it means to be human.

I am quite ashamed to say that it took me such a long time to finish this book. Alas, I finally finished it and it was absolutely incredible and amazing!

I completely love the whole concept and idea of this book! The author has written a different perspective of the dystopian world that consists of two sides from cyborgs to humans. The humans are being highly injusticed towards some innocent cyborgs and that is a humane quality that should never be provoked.

Scarlet is a very interesting character that makes the readers question her truest desires and hopes. She is a brave individual despite others stating her otherwise. Eric is a very intriguing character and I couldn’t choose between him and Andrew as to who will Scarlet choose to settle in with. Both have their own gentle and unique qualities.

That ending was such a cliffhanger and I really hope that there will be a continuation of the story because come on, the story was quite suspended. The rebellion is nowhere near done. The cyborgs has only managed to eliminate one evil group of all other groups out there. But was I glad that Jack and his stupid slaughterers were eliminated. They seriously have no purpose and life.
